Sea Witch Festival 2024 Dog Parade. On sunday, a major highlight is the costumed dog parade, featuring cuddly pets marching down the rehoboth boardwalk at 1 p.m. Costumed dogs and owners will parade down the boardwalk from the henlopen hotel, letting the crowds get an eyeful.

This includes breweries like dogfish head, twisted irons, revelation, heavy seas and plenty of others. The pups have their own halloween.
